Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe that material on this website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at contact@holidaystatus.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the specific URL(s) where it appears.
- Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our process
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the party responsible where possible. That party may submit a counter-notice if they believe the material was removed in error; if we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate or restrict accounts or contributions of repeat infringers.
